knee pain when bending over

Im having pain in the knee after sitting for long periods of time?
I am a woman of 22 years commencing to have pain in the knee after sitting for long periods with the knees bent. Normally I run on a treadmill for a minimum 30 minutes minimum of 4-5 days. However, I must go through phases where the wicked are a couple of weeks without exercise and I noticed that when I feel pain. When I was not the development and after sitting for long periods of time with my knees bent. I'm not too heavy and havent had any injuries, so I do not understand the reason for the pain. And it's not really painful just very uncomfortable with the pain in my right knees. Could it be that I'm developing arthritis at 22?
This is not arthritis. You have a tighter muscles that cause pain. The muscle starts to tighten after not using it for a while to make it difficult to move them later. I think the calf muscle doing this because the knee would retire if he does not harden. You must release the muscle to get rid of pain and it this way to release: Achilles tendon: Sit and leg on his lap, take both thumbs and place them side by side at a height above the ankle in the tendon at the back of the leg and apply firm pressure and hold. After 30 seconds, slowly lift your fingers up as much as possible, release the pressure, but remained there for another 30 seconds. For best results your body relax for the first time breathe deeply and exhale then be this calm.
